We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Admin to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 2 years of experience in HR administration and possess excellent organizational and communication skills. As an HR Admin, you will be responsible for supporting various HR functions, ensuring smooth and efficient operations, and providing exceptional service to employees.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with new hire information, benefits, and compensation changes.
Prepare and process HR documents such as employment contracts, offer letters, and termination paperwork.
Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new hires, ensuring a seamless integration into the company.
Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures, providing accurate and timely information.
Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
Assist in organizing company events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, updating HR practices as necessary.
Generate and analyze HR reports and metrics to support management decision-making.
Collaborate with the payroll department to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee payroll.
Support performance management processes, including performance reviews and development plans.
Skills and Qualifications
Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry and document preparation.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Familiarity with labor laws and regulations.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Over 2 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role.
Experience with HR software and systems
