We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
HR & Admin Executive
to join our team. The role involves handling day-to-day HR operations, employee engagement, recruitment, and administrative support. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes.
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Support payroll preparation by providing relevant employee data.
Draft HR letters, notices, and policies as required.
Handle employee queries and provide HR-related support.
Coordinate training sessions, performance reviews, and employee engagement activities.
Administration:
Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor coordination.
Oversee office facilities and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Maintain attendance, leave records, and related documentation.
Handle travel arrangements, event coordination, and other admin tasks.
Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
1-2 years of experience in HR/Administration (Freshers with good communication skills can also apply).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Familiarity with HR software/tools is a plus.
