HR, administrative tasks, and accounts support
, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
Handle end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee records
Manage payroll processing, attendance, and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, etc.)
Implement HR policies, employee engagement, and grievance handling
Administration:
Oversee office administration, documentation, and facility management
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and support management in office activities
Accounts:
Assist in accounts payable/receivable and petty cash management
Support GST, TDS, and invoice documentation with accounts team
Maintain financial records and support auditing requirements
Requirements:
Graduate/Postgraduate in HR/Commerce/Business Administration
5-8 years of proven experience
in HR, admin, and accounts (preferably in construction or related industry)
Knowledge of statutory compliances, payroll, and HR software
Strong skills in Tally, MS Excel, and office management
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
Salary:
Competitive, based on experience

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
