We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR & Accounts Executive to manage both human resources and accounting functions within the organization. The role involves handling recruitment, employee relations, payroll, compliance, and maintaining accurate financial records, including accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:Human Resources:
Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Administer payroll, attendance, and leave management systems.
Support employee engagement, performance management, and grievance handling.
Coordinate training and development programs.
Draft HR policies, letters, and documentation as required.
Accounts & Finance:
Manage day-to-day accounting transactions.
Handle accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and vendor payments.
Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and maintain general ledgers.
Assist in payroll processing and related statutory compliances (PF, ESI, TDS, GST).
Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and assist during audits.
Monitor budgets, expenses, and support financial planning.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, HR, or related field (MBA preferred).
Proven experience (2-5 years) in HR and Accounts roles.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, HR practices, and statutory compliances.
Proficiency in MS Office, Tally/ERP, and HRMS software.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and handle confidential information with integrity.
