Currently, the company is executing metro projects in several Indian cities including Chennai, Kochi and Lucknow where it is supplying Rolling Stock manufactured out its state of the art facility at SriCity in Andhra Pradesh. In the Mainline space, Alstom is executing Signaling & Power Supply Systems for the 343 Km. section on World Bank funded Eastern Dedicated Freight Corridor. Phase 1 in the construction of the new electric locomotive factory for manufacturing and supply of 800 units of 12000HP locomotives is also complete at Madhepura, Bihar while the depot at Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh is ready to commence operation. Alstom has set up an Engineering Centre of Excellence in Bengaluru, and this coupled with a strong manufacturing base as well as localized supply chains, is uniquely positioned to serve customers across the globe. Today, Alstom in India employs close to 3600 people and in line with Government of India\'s \'Make in India\' policy initiative, Alstom has been investing heavily in the country in producing world class rolling stock, components, design, research and development to not only serve the domestic market, but also rest of the world. India PURPOSE OF THE JOB Become the referent regarding the controlling of all salary & people benefits topics for headquarters. It includes Closing tasks such as accrual booking and transfer & monthly reporting Budget data preparation (Headcount follow up and associated salary costs forecasts) Organize the reinvoicing process with all units around the world (upstream & downstream flows) ORGANISATION Direct Report to HQ Sites Controller Functional reportingto HQ Group Fees Controller MAIN RESPONSABILITIES Closing tasks: Analyze payroll data and book entries regarding holidays accrual Provide reporting on payroll costs to all stakeholders Book recurring entries regarding profit sharing, company car and other benefits Forecast / Budget data preparation: Prepare a file with all product line / functions controllers regarding headcount forecast and provide valuation per cost center for all forecast & budget Animate calls to follow up on the data completion and accuracy Reinvoicing process: Organize reinvoicing of hundreds of people to HQ unit from 40 units in the world : Define and communicate the process together with HQ controllers and tax team Define the list of people (& corresponding requested information) will all product line / functions controllers on the one hand and tens of sites on the other hand Set up the purchase requests and PO, together with team in charge of hedging and organize the validation process Ensure monitoring of progress with all the sites i.e. reinvoicing is done on time and according requested process Organize reinvoicing of centralized HR costs to all units in the word : Define and review type of costs with expat center team Organize the reinvoicing process with GFC Organize communication and follow up with units that receive the charges Other : Provide ad hoc analysis on salary data for instance Education : Mandatory : Chartered accountant (or Bachelor/ Masters with accounting experience) -5+ years\' experience Desirable : Knowledgeable of SAP Advanced Excel Skills Competencies : Pro-active / pragmatic / Open minded Strong communicant Agile and autonomous Very well organized Ability to work in a matrix & International organization Location - Bangalore Alstom is the leading company in the mobility sector, solving the most interesting challenges for tomorrow\'s mobility.
