The Opportunity:
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor, process, and track sales turnover and perform strategic duties to maintain accuracy of Housr's inventory.
- Assists the Head- Sales in achieving the overall inside sales revenue goals.
- OTA contracting and upkeeping the property profiles.
- Compiles information, analyzes and monitors actual sales against projected sales.
- Analyzes information and evaluates results to choose the best solution and solve problems.
- Conducts sales strategy analysis and refines as appropriate to increase market share for all properties.
- Analyzes period end and other available systems data to identify trends, future need periods and obstacles to achieving goals.
- Can independently drive online sales of a new property from scratch in collaboration with the performance marketing team.
- Performs competitive benchmark studies, follows and analyses market trends.
- Leads efforts to coordinate strategies between group sales offices.
- Ensures property's bookability on all active channels.
- Use data and reports to make evidence- based decisions. Provides recommendations to improve effectiveness of revenue management processes.
- Responsible to provide revenue accounting leadership and business best practices to the organization.
- Input and access data in sales systems.
- The position additionally recommends pricing and positioning of cluster of properties.
Who we are looking for:
- 3-7 years of progressive experience in revenue/reservations team of a hotel/startup.
- Bachelors/ Masters in a related field with excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS office.
- Exposure to any RMS tool will be an added advantage.
- A leader with strong analytical and self-starter skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast growing & dynamic environment.
