Role Overview

We are looking for a

Housekeeping Supervisor

to join our team at The Postcard Himalayan Willows. The ideal candidate will come with prior experience in luxury hotels, possess excellent knowledge of housekeeping standards, and have familiarity with operations in hilly or mountain regions.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily housekeeping operations, ensuring rooms and public areas meet The Postcard's luxury standards. Inspect guest rooms, linen, and amenities for quality and cleanliness. Manage housekeeping associates' daily tasks and ensure timely completion. Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and coordinate with stores for replenishment. Ensure adherence to health, hygiene, and safety standards at all times. Handle guest requests promptly and professionally. Train and guide team members on service standards, grooming, and operational excellence. Coordinate with Front Office and Maintenance for smooth room operations.

Requirements

Minimum 2-4 years of experience in the Housekeeping Department of a

luxury or boutique hotel

. Preferably from

hilly regions

and comfortable working in mountain terrain. Strong understanding of cleaning procedures, room upkeep, and housekeeping SOPs. Good communication and leadership skills. Eye for detail with a focus on maintaining premium guest experiences. Flexible, proactive, and guest-service oriented.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
