Client Needs Assessment:

Understanding a client's needs, preferences, and budget to recommend suitable properties.

Property Marketing and Presentation:

Creating and executing marketing strategies to promote properties, including virtual or in-person showings and open houses.

Negotiation:

Representing clients in negotiations to secure the best possible price and terms for property transactions.

Transaction Management:

Guiding clients through the entire sales process, from offer to closing, ensuring all documentation and legal requirements are met.

Market Research:

Staying informed about local market trends, property values, and competitor activities.

Relationship Building:

Developing and maintaining strong client relationships through exceptional service and communication.

Sales Reporting:

Tracking sales progress, preparing reports, and managing leads using CRM software.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
