The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and comfortable living environment for our family while demonstrating professionalism, attention to detail, and a collaborative spirit.

• Perform daily cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing all areas of the home
• Manage laundry duties, including washing, drying, ironing, and organizing clothes and linens
• Maintain a tidy and organized living space by decluttering and arranging items as needed
• Assist with basic home maintenance tasks and report any issues or repairs required
• Ensure the kitchen and bathrooms are kept in pristine condition
• Run errands and perform grocery shopping as requested
• Prepare simple meals or assist with meal preparation when required
• Collaborate with family members to understand and meet their specific needs and preferences
• Adhere to safety and hygiene standards while performing all duties
• Adapt to changing schedules and family needs with flexibility and a positive attitude

Qualifications

• Proven experience in housekeeping or a similar role, demonstrating strong attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
• Proficiency in various cleaning techniques and safe use of cleaning products
• Strong organizational skills to maintain a tidy and well-structured living environment
• Ability to operate household appliances and perform basic home maintenance tasks
• Excellent laundry and ironing skills
• Basic cooking skills and knowledge of food safety practices (preferred)
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks throughout the day
• Trustworthy, reliable, and discreet in handling household matters
• Effective communication skills in English and/or local languages
• Familiarity with local customs and practices in Mumbai, India
• Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and family needs
• Valid work permit or authorization to work in Mumbai, India
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Positive attitude, empathy, and willingness to learn
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing excellent service
