Key Responsibilities:



Training Development & Delivery:



Design and implement training modules covering cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and quality standards. Conduct hands-on training sessions for new hires and refresher courses for existing staff.

Performance Monitoring:



Assess staff performance through evaluations and provide constructive feedback. Identify skill gaps and implement corrective actions to enhance team efficiency.

Compliance & Standards:



Ensure adherence to hygiene, sanitation, and food safety regulations. Stay updated with industry best practices and integrate them into training programs.

Documentation & Reporting:



Maintain accurate records of training sessions, attendance, and progress. Report on training outcomes and suggest improvements to management.

Qualifications & Skills:



Minimum educational requirement: Graduate

Experience:

1 - 3 years in housekeeping management or training roles within the hospitality industry. Proven track record of successful staff development and training delivery.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
