: Key Responsibilities:
Operational Responsibilities:
Supervise the daily cleaning of guest rooms, corridors, and public areas as per Holiday Inn Express brand standards.
Conduct room inspections to ensure rooms are cleaned, maintained, and ready for guest occupancy.
Monitor housekeeping supplies and linen stock levels; report shortages or maintenance issues to the Executive Housekeeper.
Coordinate with Front Office to ensure timely room readiness for guest arrivals.
Ensure adherence to proper cleaning procedures, use of chemicals, and safety protocols.
Team Supervision & Training:
Assign daily tasks to Room Attendants and Public Area Cleaners, ensuring completion within set timelines.
Train and guide team members on cleaning standards, grooming, and guest interaction in line with IHG True Hospitality values.
Conduct daily briefings and ensure clear communication between shifts.
Monitor staff attendance, discipline, and performance, reporting deviations to the Executive Housekeeper.
Guest Service:
Handle guest requests and complaints promptly, ensuring a quick and courteous resolution.
Ensure all guest rooms and amenities reflect the "Simple. Smart. Spot On." service philosophy of Holiday Inn Express.
