Supervise day-to-day housekeeping operations in production, warehouse, office, and common areas.
Monitor cleanliness levels and ensure adherence to hygiene and safety standards specific to FMCG operations (GMP, HACCP, etc.).
Schedule and assign tasks to housekeeping staff; manage rosters, shifts, and coverage for absences.
Conduct regular inspections and audits of facilities to ensure compliance with cleaning protocols.
Ensure proper usage and inventory of cleaning materials, tools, and chemicals.
Train housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures, use of equipment, and workplace safety.
Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the relevant departments.
Coordinate with pest control and waste management vendors as required.
Maintain documentation for cleaning schedules, audit reports, and incident logs.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and sustainability initiatives.
Key Requirements:
Education:
Diploma in Hospitality Management, or Facility Management.
Additional training in
Industrial Hygiene
,
Workplace Safety
, or
Sanitation Practices
is a plus.
Experience:
1-3 years of housekeeping experience, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role, preferably in FMCG, food, beverages, or pharma.
