Key Responsibilities
Supervise, train, and motivate housekeeping staff to deliver excellent service.
Prepare daily work schedules and assign cleaning tasks.
Conduct regular room and public area inspections to ensure cleanliness standards.
Maintain housekeeping inventory, linens, and cleaning supplies.
Coordinate with Front Office and Maintenance teams for smooth daily operations.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Manage laundry operations (in-house or outsourced).
Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally.
Maintain records related to attendance, performance, and inventory usage.
Support hiring and performance evaluation of housekeeping staff.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Hospitality preferred.
Minimum
2-5 years of experience
in housekeeping supervision or managerial role.
Strong leadership, communication, and team-management skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to handle pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of cleaning equipment, materials, and procedures.
