Requirements

Two-Wheeler Mandatory Experience in housekeeping, preferably in restaurants, hotels, or the hospitality industry Minimum 1 year in a supervisory role Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices is an advantage Strong leadership and supervisory abilities Good knowledge of cleaning methods, materials, and restaurant hygiene practices Attention to detail and high cleanliness standards Ability to resolve complaints effectively and politely Organisational and time-management skills Basic knowledge of MS Office for reporting

Supervise housekeeping staff and allocate daily cleaning tasks across the restaurant Ensure dining areas, restrooms, kitchen support zones, and staff areas are cleaned and sanitised as per standards Monitor cleaning procedures and ensure compliance with FSSAI, HACCP, and restaurant hygiene standards Inspect high-footfall areas frequently to maintain guest comfort and restaurant image Maintain an adequate stock of cleaning materials, chemicals, and consumables; raise requisitions on time Train housekeeping staff on cleaning techniques, hygiene standards, chemical usage, and safety Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth restaurant operations Maintain cleaning schedules and checklists for all areas of the restaurant Ensure housekeeping equipment is in good working condition; report maintenance needs promptly * Prepare duty rosters, monitor attendance, and manage overtime/leave for the housekeeping team
