Job Description

The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining a clean, orderly, and safe environment. This role ensures that all assigned areas are cleaned to company standards, providing a comfortable and welcoming space for guests, residents, or staff.

Clean and sanitize rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas. Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors and surfaces. Change linens, make beds, and replenish towels and toiletries. Empty trash bins and replace liners. Maintain cleaning equipment and report any repairs or replacements needed. Follow daily cleaning schedules and task lists. Ensure all safety and hygiene guidelines are followed. Restock cleaning supplies and maintain storage rooms in an organized manner. Assist with laundry duties as needed. Respond to guest or resident cleaning requests promptly and professionally. Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards.
