Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations in assigned areas.
Assign duties and responsibilities to housekeeping staff and monitor their performance.
Ensure all areas, including offices, washrooms, corridors, and common spaces, are clean and well maintained.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
Maintain records of cleaning schedules, staff attendance, and material usage.
Ensure availability and proper use of cleaning materials, tools, and equipment.
Provide training and guidance to housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures and safety measures.
Report maintenance issues or repair needs to the concerned department.
Monitor inventory levels of housekeeping supplies and raise requisitions as required.
Coordinate with other departments for smooth facility operations.
Ensure staff follow company policies, grooming standards, and code of conduct.
Handle customer or management complaints promptly and effectively.
Prepare daily and weekly reports on housekeeping activities and performance.
Support management during audits and inspections related to cleanliness and safety compliance.
