Housekeeping Supervisor

to join our team at

Altruist Hi-Tech Hotel, Hyderabad

. The ideal candidate will ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest satisfaction across all hotel areas.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations. Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure quality standards. Assign tasks to housekeeping staff and monitor performance. Train, guide, and support team members to maintain service excellence. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linen, and equipment. Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene protocols. Handle guest requests and resolve housekeeping-related issues promptly. Coordinate with Front Office and Maintenance teams for smooth operations.

Requirements:

Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or Senior Room Attendant. Strong leadership and communication skills. Good knowledge of housekeeping procedures and quality standards. Ability to work in a fast-paced hotel environment. Attention to detail and a proactive approach.
