Housekeeping Supervisor

to join our team and ensure smooth housekeeping operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff to maintain cleanliness and hygiene across guest rooms and public areas. Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure compliance with hotel standards. Manage housekeeping inventory and requisitions for cleaning supplies and linen. Train and guide housekeeping attendants on daily duties and hotel procedures. Coordinate with front office and maintenance teams for room readiness and repairs. Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally.

Requirements:

Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role in the hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of cleaning standards and housekeeping procedures. Good communication and leadership skills. Ability to manage a team effectively. Flexible to work in shifts.

Compensation & Benefits:
