Candidate Requirements:

1-2 years of experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor in an IT or corporate environment. Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills. Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel preferred). Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Job Responsibilities:

Supervise daily housekeeping operations to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Operate and ensure proper use of Taski R Series chemicals and cleaning machines. Manage carpet cleaning, deep cleaning, and equipment upkeep. Assign and monitor duties of housekeeping staff and conduct quality inspections. Train, guide, and motivate staff for effective performance. Handle complaints or service requests promptly and professionally. Maintain knowledge of dusting, sanitizing, and facility maintenance procedures. Manage manpower requirements and coordinate external hiring when needed. Track housekeeping inventory and ensure proper stock control.
