Job Title: Housekeeping Supervisor (HK Supervisor)

Job Responsibilities:

Supervise daily housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained.

Assign duties to housekeeping staff and inspect work to ensure quality.

Train, guide, and monitor housekeeping staff for effective performance.

Coordinate with front office and maintenance teams to ensure smooth functioning.

Ability to supervise and manage housekeeping staff effectively.

Handle complaints and resolve them efficiently.

Hands-on experience with Taski R Series chemicals and cleaning machines.

Strong knowledge of dusting, deep cleaning, and maintenance procedures.

Capable of hiring new manpower when required from outside sources.

Good understanding of housekeeping inventory management.

Basic computer skills (MS Excel preferred).

Communication in Hindi, Telugu, and basic English.

Must be confident, hardworking, and active on duty.

Candidate Requirements:

1 to 2 years of experience as a housekeeping supervisor in the hospitality industry.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Good communication and organizational skills.

Immediate availability to join will be given preference.
