Key Responsibilities:
Supervise housekeeping staff and ensure daily tasks are completed efficiently
Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house for cleanliness and order
Assign duties and schedules to housekeeping team members
Ensure proper use of cleaning equipment and materials
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and linens
Train new staff on cleaning procedures and hotel standards
Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the concerned department
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Coordinate with front office and other departments for smooth operations
Requirements:
2 to 3 years of relevant housekeeping experience (preferably in hotels)
Strong leadership and team management skills
Good communication and organizational abilities
Attention to detail and a proactive approach
Ability to work in shifts and handle pressure
