Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities across industrial and office areas.
Train, guide, and monitor housekeeping staff to maintain high cleanliness and safety standards.
Ensure compliance with engineering-sector hygiene, safety, and environmental requirements.
Conduct regular inspections of workshop areas, machinery surroundings, storerooms, and common facilities.
Manage housekeeping schedules, duty rosters, and workload distribution.
Oversee inventory of cleaning supplies, PPE, and equipment.
Report maintenance issues and collaborate with engineering/maintenance teams for timely resolution.
Promote adherence to 5S principles and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain documentation and submit daily/weekly housekeeping reports.
Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor, preferably in an engineering, industrial, or manufacturing environment.
Strong leadership and team-management abilities.
Understanding of workplace safety, industrial hygiene, and 5S practices.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in fast-paced and physically demanding settings.
Basic computer skills for record-keeping and reporting.
