Assign daily duties and work schedules to housekeeping staff.
Monitor performance and ensure all tasks are completed on time.
Provide training for new staff on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and equipment handling.
Conduct regular briefing sessions for housekeeping staff.
Ensure all areas (office, shop floor, washrooms, common areas) are cleaned as per standards.
Inspect rooms, workstations, restrooms, and common areas regularly.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and hygiene.
Ensure proper waste management and disposal practices.
Maintain stock of cleaning materials, chemicals, and equipment.
Raise material requests to replenish housekeeping supplies.
Identify repair and maintenance requirements (lights, plumbing, fixtures, etc.).
Coordinate with the maintenance team to complete repairs on time.
Ensure all cleaning equipment is in good working condition.
Ensure housekeeping staff follows safety instructions, PPE usage, and SOPs.
Prepare daily/weekly housekeeping checklists and inspection reports.
Report any incidents, damages, or irregularities to management.
