0-3 Years of Experience in Hotel Management/Healthcare/Hospital Field.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Supervise the housekeeping staff; providing open communication, training, coaching, and counseling and provide performance feedback to ensure maximum efficiency.
Supervise and inspect the cleaning of the floors/wards / ICU's / Operation Theater and special rooms and ensure compliance with the NABH standards and regulations to achieve a high level of cleanliness and customers satisfaction.
Supervise assignments to staff reviewing special requests and areas of concentration to ensure a smooth flow of the housekeeping operation.
Issue supplies/goods to staff at beginning of a shift in order to control inventory and ensure proper supplies are available while controlling expenses.
Monitoring the hospital wastes, linen and pest control practice.
Respond to staff and customers requests, concerns and problems to ensure customers satisfaction.
Participates and contributes to all the Quality Improvement activities of the services.
Adheres to the rules and regulations of the SRH and assures that work performed is in keeping with the established standards of the NABH.
Job Specifications
Must be graduate with Housekeeping experience
Experience in Hospital Industry will be a value add
Must be willing to work in night shift
Must adhere to protocols for Houskeeping regulations in a hospital
