overseeing the cleanliness and maintenance of a theatre facility, including the auditorium, lobby, restrooms, and backstage areas, by managing a team of cleaning staff, ensuring all areas are properly cleaned and prepared for performances and events, while adhering to safety and hygiene standards, and maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies

Train housekeeping staff to maintain cleanliness standards. Assign cleaning tasks to staff based on show schedules and priorities. Monitor staff performance and provide feedback and coaching. Create and manage staff schedules to ensure proper coverage during performances and events. Develop and implement comprehensive cleaning procedures for all theatre areas, including pre-show, post-show, and deep cleaning routines. Inspect all areas of the theatre regularly to identify cleanliness issues and ensure standards are met. Oversee the proper use of cleaning equipment and chemicals. Ensure thorough cleaning of seating areas, restrooms, concessions stands, lobbies, and backstage areas. Maintain adequate stock levels of cleaning supplies and equipment Monitor and order new cleaning supplies as needed Ensure staff are trained on proper safety procedures regarding cleaning chemicals and equipment Monitor compliance with safety regulations and report any hazards Following SOP'S & Updating of Check Sheets in daily basis.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
