Housekeeping Supervisor

to lead our housekeeping team and uphold our high standards of hygiene and service.

Job Summary:

The Housekeeping Supervisor will oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensuring all guest rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest cleanliness standards. You will be responsible for managing staff schedules, training team members, conducting inspections, and supporting a safe and positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities and staff Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure cleanliness standards Train, coach, and mentor housekeeping staff Monitor and maintain housekeeping supplies and equipment Respond to guest complaints and special requests promptly and professionally Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies Maintain effective communication with front desk and maintenance teams Prepare schedules and manage time-off requests to ensure coverage

Requirements:

Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in a housekeeping supervisory role, preferably in a hotel Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent attention to detail Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Good communication skills (English and local language preferred) Familiarity with housekeeping management software is a plus
