The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day housekeeping operations, ensuring that all areas of the facility are clean, safe, and maintained to the highest standards. The role involves supervising housekeeping staff, scheduling duties, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance with hygiene, safety, and company policies.
Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff, assign duties, and monitor performance.
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained in all areas including offices, production areas, , and common spaces.
Conduct daily/weekly inspections of work areas and maintain housekeeping checklists.
Ensure compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), safety standards, and company policies.
Prepare and submit housekeeping performance reports to management.
