Assigning tasks: Assign tasks to the housekeeping staff, and ensure they are completed efficiently
Training: Train new staff on cleaning and maintenance tasks, and provide feedback on their performance
Maintaining inventory: Order supplies to ensure staff have the equipment and supplies they need
Preparing schedules: Create daily schedules for staff, and enforce rules and regulations
Handling emergencies: Handle any housekeeping emergencies
Hiring: Hire new staff
Communicating: Listen to customer complaints, and provide instructions to accommodate their requests
Following policies: Adhere to the company's policies and procedures
Working safely: Ensure a safe and clean working environment, and ensure that chemicals and equipment are used safely
