Supervise daily activities of housekeeping staff (room attendants, cleaners, laundry).
Assign tasks and schedules to ensure efficient coverage of all areas.
Train, coach, and monitor staff performance to maintain brand standards.

Quality Control
Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house for cleanliness, order, and maintenance.
Ensure rooms meet company and guest expectations before check-in.
Conduct routine audits and spot checks.

Guest Service
Respond promptly to guest requests for housekeeping services.
Handle complaints related to cleanliness and ensure quick resolution.
Coordinate with front office for VIP rooms, early check-ins, and special setups.
4.
Inventory & Supplies Management
Monitor usage and stock of cleaning supplies, linens, guest amenities.
Place orders and control wastage.
Maintain proper storage, labeling, and handling of cleaning chemicals.
5.
Coordination & Reporting
Liaise with Maintenance for repairs and replacements.
Prepare daily housekeeping reports and submit to management.
Update occupancy and room status in coordination with Front Office.
6.
Health, Safety & Compliance
Ensure staff follow hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards.
Conduct training on proper handling of chemicals and equipment.
Comply with fire, health, and safety regulations.
7.
Operational Efficiency
Implement cleaning schedules for deep cleaning, laundry, and periodic tasks.
Optimize manpower and ensure cost-effective operations.
Suggest improvements to housekeeping processes.
