to lead and manage our housekeeping team. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 6 years of experience in housekeeping operations within hospitality, healthcare, corporate, or residential settings. The supervisor will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness standards, managing staff schedules, conducting inspections, and ensuring guest or client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily housekeeping operations and assign tasks to housekeeping staff.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure rooms, lobbies, restrooms, and public areas meet cleanliness standards.
Train, mentor, and monitor housekeeping staff to ensure high performance and compliance with hygiene standards.
Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment; coordinate procurement when needed.
Prepare duty rosters and manage shift schedules to ensure optimal staff coverage.
Respond promptly to guest/client complaints or feedback and ensure issues are resolved effectively.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation policies and procedures.
Coordinate with maintenance and front office teams for timely room readiness or repair needs.
Maintain records related to performance, inspections, supplies, and daily operations.
Qualifications & Skills:
5-6 years of experience in housekeeping, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with housekeeping management software (preferred).
