The Housekeeping Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department to ensure a clean, safe, and hygienic environment. The role involves supervising housekeeping staff, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring guest/staff satisfaction through efficient housekeeping services.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff to ensure all areas are cleaned and maintained as per standards.
Assign duties, inspect work, and provide feedback for improvement.
Train, motivate, and monitor housekeeping team members for effective performance.
Maintain housekeeping supplies and ensure optimal usage.
Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, restrooms, common areas, and facilities.
Handle staff schedules, attendance, and leave management.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Address guest/staff complaints promptly and ensure corrective action.
Coordinate with maintenance and other departments for repairs and special cleaning projects.
Prepare reports on housekeeping activities, staff performance, and inventory usage.
