Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations, ensuring all areas meet cleanliness and sanitation standards.
Inspect guest rooms, public areas, offices, restrooms, and other assigned areas for quality control.
Train, guide, and motivate housekeeping staff to improve performance and service delivery.
Assign tasks, schedule shifts, and monitor staff attendance and productivity.
Maintain and manage housekeeping inventory including linen, cleaning supplies, and equipment.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Address and resolve guest, resident, or staff complaints promptly and professionally.
Liaise with other departments such as maintenance and front office for smooth operations.
Keep accurate records of housekeeping activities, inspections, and staff rosters.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or related role in companies, hotels, hospitals, or facility management.
Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, chemicals, safety procedures, and housekeeping equipment.
Proven ability to lead and manage a housekeeping team effectively.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
High school / diploma/ Any degree
