Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and guide housekeeping staff, room attendants, and cleaners. Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back offices for cleanliness and maintenance. Assign daily cleaning duties and maintain work schedules. Train new staff on cleaning standards, safety, and guest service. Manage cleaning supplies and maintain proper inventory levels. Coordinate with front office and maintenance departments for smooth operations. Handle guest complaints or requests related to housekeeping efficiently.

Requirements:

Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or Senior Room Attendant. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Good communication and interpersonal abilities. Knowledge of cleaning equipment and chemical usage. Flexible to work in shifts and weekends.
