Key Responsibilities

Supervision & Management

: Oversee daily housekeeping operations, assign tasks, and monitor staff performance to ensure cleanliness standards are consistently met.

Staff Training & Development

: Conduct onboarding and ongoing training on cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and company policies to maintain operational efficiency.

Scheduling

: Develop and manage staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage and smooth workflow.

Inventory Management

: Track and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment; place orders as needed while staying within budget.

Quality Control

: Perform regular inspections of rooms, corridors, and public areas to uphold cleanliness and safety standards.

Customer Service

: Respond promptly to guest complaints and service requests, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

Collaboration

: Coordinate with maintenance teams to report and resolve issues related to fixtures or equipment.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience

: 2-5 years in housekeeping or a related field; supervisory experience preferred.

Education

: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality management is advantageous.

Skills

: Strong leadership, organizational abilities, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Knowledge

: Familiarity with cleaning procedures, safety regulations, and inventory control practices.
