Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff, including room attendants, cleaners, and laundry personnel
Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met
Train new housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and company standards
Prepare and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage
Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment; place orders as needed
Address guest or resident complaints and resolve housekeeping issues promptly
Enforce safety and sanitation standards in compliance with health regulations
Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews
Report maintenance issues or damages to the relevant department for repairs
Maintain records of cleaning schedules, staff performance, and supply usage
