Responsibilities:
Supervise housekeeping staff and allocate daily duties
Ensure cleanliness of wards, OPDs, ICUs, and common areas
Monitor infection control and hospital hygiene protocols
Manage duty rosters, attendance, and shift schedules
Coordinate with nursing and administration teams
Maintain housekeeping supplies and records
Eligibility:
Minimum
2-5 years experience
in hospital housekeeping supervision
Knowledge of hospital hygiene and infection control standards
Good leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage staff and shifts effectively
Qualification:
Any degree / diploma (preferred)
