Assign duties to housekeeping staff and supervise their work.
Conduct training on cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.
Handle staff scheduling and manage absences.
Motivate staff and resolve workplace issues.
Screen applicants and recommend hiring, promotions, or dismissals
Ensure all staff comply with safety and sanitation policies.
Make sure cleaning equipment is used and maintained correctly.
