1.Coordinating in regular intervals with housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness, functionality and maintenance of all workplaces.
2.Maintaining the cleanliness, hygiene all around the spaces.
3.Managing the existing stocks and procuring the required materials at the right time.
4.Monitoring expenses and suggest cost-effective alternativesDay-to-day activities related to facilities operations, facility management, customer satisfaction, building management, and communication within the working spaces.
5.Reviewing incoming documents, replying to it or any other action as per requirementManaging and supervising housekeeping staff and pantry boys including recruitment, training and performance evaluation.
