Location :

- Nandasan, Gujarat

Position :- Housekeeping Supervisor

Working time:- 8 am to 6 pm (2 week off)

Experience:

- 2 to 5 Year

Education

:- High school/ Diploma

Job description:-

Follow al SOP of cleanliness & hygiene maintenance in the plant as per GMP Train housekeepers on cleaning and maintenance tasks & Oversee staff on a daily basis. Prepare checklist and maintain all records of cleanliness for different designated areas- dry and wet processing area, blend lab, QC/NPD labs. Schedule shifts and arrange for replacements in cases of absence. Establish and educate staff on cleanliness, tidiness and hygiene standards and machine operations ( vacuum cleaner, scrubber etc) Check rooms and common areas, including stairways and lounge areas, for cleanliness.

Skill requirement :-

Work experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role Hands-on experience with cleaning and maintenance tasks for large organizations Ability to use industrial cleaning equipment and products Good organizational and team management skills Stamina to handle the physical demands of the job Flexibility to work various shifts Must be able to read and write English.
Preferably from Pharma Industry ,Food Industry, Hospitality Industry -Hotels/Hospital / (in this order)
