Roles and Responsibilities Housekeeping Supervisor:
Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation in all hospital areas Monitor staff attendance, duty allocation, and performance Ensure compliance with infection control and safety guidelines Supervise biomedical waste segregation and disposal Maintain housekeeping records and checklists Manage cleaning supplies and equipment Coordinate with nursing and other hospital departments Address cleanliness-related complaints promptly
