Oversee daily housekeeping operations across the entire school campus.
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation of classrooms, washrooms, offices, corridors, labs, and common areas.
Supervise, train, and schedule housekeeping staff and outsourced workers.
Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety standards as per CBSE and local regulations.
Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment, and consumables.
Prepare duty rosters and ensure adequate manpower at all times.
Conduct regular inspections and maintain cleanliness checklists.
Coordinate with school administration for special events, inspections, and functions.
Handle complaints related to cleanliness and ensure prompt resolution.
Ensure proper waste management and eco-friendly cleaning practices.
Maintain records related to housekeeping operations and staff attendance.
Eligibility & Skills:
Graduate preferred (Diploma/Certification in Housekeeping or Facility Management is an advantage).
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in housekeeping management (school, hospital, hotel, or large institution preferred).
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Knowledge of hygiene standards, sanitation procedures, and safety practices.
Ability to plan, supervise, and multitask efficiently.
Physically fit and willing to work across campus areas.
Basic computer skills for reports and records.
Working Hours:
As per school norms (including extended hours during events or inspections).
