Job Summary:

The Housekeeping Supervisor ensures that guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas meet hotel standards of cleanliness and order. They monitor housekeeping staff performance, provide training, conduct inspections, and assist in daily operations to maintain a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for all guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of housekeeping staff. Assign duties and inspect work to ensure hotel cleanliness standards are maintained. Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, linen rooms, and laundry facilities. Provide training and guidance to new and existing staff on cleaning procedures and safety practices. Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and linen; report shortages or damage. Coordinate room status updates with the front office and maintenance departments. Address guest complaints regarding housekeeping services and resolve them promptly. Ensure proper usage and maintenance of housekeeping equipment. Assist in scheduling and organizing staff shifts. Enforce safety and hygiene standards, including proper handling of chemicals and PPE. Support the Executive Housekeeper in administrative tasks and recordkeeping.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
