Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations for guest rooms, public areas, and staff areas.
Assign tasks and duties to housekeeping staff; prepare work schedules and duty rosters.
Inspect rooms and common areas for cleanliness, maintenance issues, and adherence to standards.
Train and guide housekeeping attendants on cleaning procedures, safety practices, and customer service.
Ensure availability and proper use of housekeeping supplies, cleaning agents, and equipment.
Report maintenance issues to the engineering or maintenance department promptly.
Monitor and control inventory of linen, cleaning supplies, and guest amenities.
Maintain detailed records of room occupancy, staff attendance, and cleaning status.
Handle guest complaints or special requests related to housekeeping in a prompt and professional manner.
Enforce hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards across all housekeeping operations.
Ensure compliance with company policies, hotel regulations, and health & safety laws.
