Main duty responsibilities :-
Staff Management & Training
Assign duties:
Distribute daily tasks and responsibilities to housekeeping staff.
Train staff:
Conduct orientation and training on policies, cleaning procedures, and equipment use.
Supervise and motivate:
Monitor performance, provide feedback, and support team morale and productivity.
Operations & Standards
Inspect work:
Routinely inspect rooms, public areas, and facilities to ensure they meet cleanliness and maintenance standards.
Maintain inventory:
Monitor, track, and order cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure adequate stock.
Enforce policies:
Implement and enforce all hotel policies related to cleanliness, safety, and security.
Handle complaints:
Investigate and resolve guest complaints or issues regarding housekeeping services.
Coordinate with other departments:
Liaise with maintenance to report and follow up on repairs or defects in furniture, equipment, and fixtures.
Report and recommend:
Keep records of personnel actions and work assignments and make recommendations to improve efficiency and service quality
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
