Job Summary:

We are seeking a responsible and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to manage and oversee the housekeeping team at our facility in Laxmi Nagar, Nagpur. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in the hospitality sector and the ability to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the work of housekeeping staff on a daily basis Ensure all rooms and common areas are cleaned and maintained to a high standard Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas for cleanliness Train new housekeeping staff on proper cleaning procedures and safety standards Prepare duty rosters and allocate tasks to housekeeping team members Monitor use of cleaning supplies and equipment and report any shortages or damages Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards

Key Skills:

Strong leadership and team management skills Good communication and interpersonal abilities Knowledge of cleaning procedures, tools, and products Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum 1-3 years of experience in housekeeping supervision (preferably in hotels, hospitals, or large facilities) Educational Qualification: 10th or 12th Pass Should be physically fit and ready for flexible shifts
