Job Description

Job Purpose:



The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for ensuring effective housekeeping operations at assigned sites. This includes team supervision, client interaction, compliance with service standards, market surveys, training, documentation, and support in administrative and recruitment activities. The role requires a proactive approach to maintaining site cleanliness, staff efficiency, and client satisfaction.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:



Daily Operations & Supervision



a) Submit daily

morning attendance reports

and

evening performance feedback

to the office.

b) Conduct regular

site visits

to monitor staff performance and hygiene standards.

c) Supervise and execute

one-time deep cleaning services

, ensuring quality and timely completion.

Training & Staff Management



a) Provide

on-site training

based on staff performance and service gaps.

b) Maintain

staff biodata

, update attendance, and coordinate leave records.

c) Support in

coordinating new recruitments

and onboarding processes.

Client Interaction & Service Reporting



a) Act as the

point of contact for clients

at assigned sites.

b) Collect

client feedback

, prepare and submit

feedback reports

to the office.

c) Generate

one time

cleaning estimates

for special cleaning jobs and ensure execution.

Market Survey & Business Intelligence



Conduct

market surveys

to collect potential client information.
a) Identify new clients and current contracts, salary structures, pain points, and satisfaction levels.

b) Collect client contact details and prepare follow-up reports for the business development team and data operator.

Office & Admin Coordination



a) Execute office-assigned

tasks related to operations and administration

.

b) Maintain

vehicle logs

,

equipment usage logs/ car diary

, and ensure proper upkeep for auditing.

c) Ensure all

documentation

is up to date (attendance registers, training logs, feedback records, etc.).

Compliance & Continuous Improvement



a) Stay updated with

NABH standards

and

industry best practices

.

b) Regularly upgrade knowledge in

site management

and

market trends

.

c) Ensure that services are delivered in compliance with

organizational and client standards

.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ?20,000.00 per month
