Supervise daily housekeeping operations and staff activities.
Inspect rooms and common areas for cleanliness and compliance with standards.
Schedule and assign duties to housekeeping staff.
Train new employees and conduct regular refresher sessions.
Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and request replacements as needed.
Ensure compliance with sanitation, health, and safety regulations.
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Maintain cleaning and maintenance logs.
Coordinate with maintenance and front office departments for smooth operations.
Report and follow up on any maintenance issues or damages.
Prepare performance reports and assist with staff evaluations.
