Key Responsibilities
Supervise housekeeping staff and assign daily tasks.
Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and service areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met.
Train, guide, and support housekeeping staff.
Maintain housekeeping inventory, linen, cleaning supplies, and equipment.
Coordinate with front office and maintenance teams for smooth operations.
Report any maintenance issues, damages, or guest complaints.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Prepare duty rosters and manage staff schedules.
Monitor performance and provide feedback to team members.
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 3-36years of experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role.
Strong knowledge of housekeeping procedures and cleaning techniques.
Ability to lead and motivate a team.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer skills preferred.
Working Hours
Rotational shifts as per hotel operations.
