Job duties

Staff management:

Supervise, schedule, and train housekeeping staff on cleaning techniques and customer service.

Quality control:

Inspect guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and other common areas to ensure they are clean and up to hotel standards.

Task delegation:

Assign daily cleaning and maintenance tasks to staff and monitor their completion.

Inventory and supplies:

Manage the inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and room essentials, reordering as needed.

Guest relations:

Respond to guest requests and resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner.

Safety and compliance:

Ensure that all staff members follow safety, sanitation, and hotel policies and regulations.

Performance evaluation:

Monitor staff performance and provide feedback, coaching, and formal evaluations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
