Dass Continental, a reputed 4-star hotel in Thrissur, is known for its premium hospitality and guest comfort. We are looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead and manage our housekeeping team, ensuring that guest rooms and public areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.

Role Overview:

The Housekeeping Supervisor will be responsible for supervising daily housekeeping operations, coordinating staff, and ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery while maintaining hotel cleanliness and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff in daily operations. Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and service areas to ensure cleanliness and upkeep. Train, guide, and motivate housekeeping associates for improved performance. Maintain housekeeping supplies, inventory, and stock control. Handle guest requests, complaints, and feedback promptly. Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards. Prepare duty rosters and manage staff schedules. Report maintenance issues to the engineering team.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Minimum 2-3 years of housekeeping experience in a 4-star hotel, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role. Diploma/Certificate in Hospitality Management preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Knowledge of cleaning standards, chemicals, and housekeeping procedures. Ability to manage a team and handle guest interactions professionally.

Pay: ₹11,845.89 - ₹23,958.37 per month
